Foot deformities

Having a foot deformity can affect an individual in a number of ways often leading to problems with mobility, increased pain and discomfort and embarrassment. Our podiatrists can help to treat the following foot deformities:
  • Bunions a bunion is a deformity of the first toe joint in which the bone deviates away from the foot leading to pain and discomfort.
  • Hammer toes a hammer toe is a deformity which most commonly affects the second toe, causing the toe to retract into a claw like position.
  • Flat feet a flat foot is a condition affecting the arch of the foot which can cause further problems related to the arch collapsing.
